Meditation has been a centering, powerful presence in my life for over 40 years. I can’t say I’m a diligent student of it, but I have experienced its amazing benefits firsthand, practice some form of it every day, and would like to share what works for me… with you. I use many modalities of meditation, from simple breathing exercises, to prayer and visualization. Walking, standing, even swimming meditation. From silence, to chanting, to guided meditation, all are effective tools in quieting the mind, opening the heart and accessing creativity and possibility. This is the first of what I hope will be many meditations to come and I hope you find it as helpful as I do.
